Welcome Home Sessions for Realtors
A thoughtful and memorable closing gift for your clients.
These photo sessions are designed to celebrate a new chapter. Whether that’s moving into a first home, growing a family, downsizing, relocating, or simply documenting life in a meaningful season.
Sessions can take place in the client’s new home, but are not limited to the home itself. Clients may choose any location within a 30-mile radius of the Philadelphia region.
Session Options
• $300 — 30-Minute Welcome Home Session
• $550 — 1.5-Hour Welcome Home Session
Gift certificates are purchased in advance to reserve and secure the session for your client and expire 14 months from the purchase date.
Realtor Appreciation
For every 3 gift certificates purchased for clients, realtors will receive a complimentary 30-minute mini-session for themselves or their family (includes 15–20 edited images).
